Single hop Mosaic DIPA made by two breweries from NYC. I've had one Root+Branch beer so far and it was pretty damn good, so let's see how this collab works for me. Appearance is glowing hazy with orange color. Lovely one to two finger head on top. Lovely aroma of peach candies, forest berries, lychee, fresh apricot, lime zest, lime and juicy pineapple. Flavor is quite grassy and dry at start, but it has some underlying juicy fruits and berries. I can pick the peach candies once again and also some bubblegum. Finishes dry with some earthy flavors. A bit of alcohol in the aftertaste. Presence and aroma are spot on, but the flavor is maybe a bit one dimensional and a tad too dry. Still a solid and crushable beer! 🍻
