
A flavoursome and full of character black lager. Taking advantage of the intensioty if malts (Pilsen, Dark, Caramel and Black), and hops (Nugget y Sladek) but without the alcohol. We use a dealcoholization technique called vacuum distillation. Applying a vacuum to the process it’s possible to moderate the evaporation temperature of the alcohol. The objective is preserve the aromas and flavors of this beer.
