Dunlop & Hume is a straw coloured, session pale ale.
Simple malt bill of Pale ale and Munich malt to allow the hops to come to the fore, but retaining a subtle sweet backbone.
Gently hopped in the kettle and hop back with Strata early on with additional Strata and Citra in the Hop Back. Dry hopped in FV with Citra, Simcoe and Galaxy.
Originally brewed for the 2014 Giro d'Italia, named after John Dunlop and Willie Hume.

It pours a slightly hazy, golden colour with a thin, white head. A nice, hoppy and slightly bitter beer.

Easy drinking, hoppy pale ale. Quite good.
