It totally epitomizes the new genre of North America IPAs. Light copper colour with an explosion of Summit, Cascade, and Simcoe & Amarillo hops. Despite its dominant hoppy eccentricity, the beer holds the road with a great balance between the malts & hops. Bring it on when you’re going to kill a plate of spicy Mexican enchiladas, kimchee cabbage rolls or you’re packing a food cart über hot dog back to the loft for dinner.
