Tämän illan Triple Fruited sourien maistelu jatkuu. Tämä tölkitetty 5.6.2020. Tuoksussa mustikkaa, marjaisuutta, happamuutta ja banaania. Suutuntuma hiilihappoinen, kevyt, raikas, hapan ja pehmeä. Maussa tosi runsaasti banaania, joka värihuomioiden tulee itselle aika isona yllärinä. Tässä tämä banaani on niin tuoksussa kuin maussa eri tyylinen, kuin vaikka hefeissä. Tässä tulee paljon enemmän se fiilis että tässä oikeasti nyt syödään banaania. Juuri sellaisen tuoreen banaanin fibat tässä on. Maussa on myös happamuutta, marjaisuutta, mustikkaa ja hieman kirsikkaa. Oikein kiva! Tykkään.

Feeding again the neighbors' chicken. Adorable creatures. And very useful. 🥚 This English Sour Ale didn't gain too much credibility from the chicken, so I had to finish it myself. The beer pours muddy, dark pastel pink. The laidback carbonation creates a white-pinkish head that reaches one finger's height. The foamy lid dissipates soon to a neat lace ring circling the surface. The retreating froth paints the glass with several small horizontal traces. The nose receives colossal blueberry with a soft milky twist, accompanied by a tad raspberry mash. As if I also found some oatmeal among the olfactory components. The tongue experiences medium-sour blueberry pie with a good amount of lactose. Raspberry seasons the background and shakes hands with timid oat biscuit. The taste is nicely pastry-like and desserty. The body is light-medium. The beer ends with rather shortly with fruity blueberry pie, raspberry mash and a bit of oat biscuit. Lactose features in the shadows. The aftertaste rolls on tongue for some time. The mouthfeel is velvety and very smooth, light-tart and modestly puckering. It's also natural and extraordinarily nectar-like and proposes pastry-like vibes. Very palatable, especially for the low ABV.

Mustikkaa, banaania ja mun suuhun mustaherukkaa. Ei niin kirpeä sour mutta makua pullollaan. Miellyttävä tuote.
