Hieman sekavan makuinen pink ale. Ruusun terälehtiä keitossa - ei kai niistä haittaakaan ole. Kevyt humalointi.

Olut on väriltään samean keltainen ja vaahtoa kertyi sormellisen verran kun oluen kaatoi lasiin. Tuoksu belgi hiivainen, ruusuinen sekä maltainen Maku on erittäin hapokas, ruusunlehtinen sekä maltainen olut.

Illan viimeinen. Sormen mitan verran kertyi vaahtoa. Oluen tuoksusta löydän mallasta, ruusua ja hiivaa. Alkumakuna on raikas,hapollinen, maltainen ja hivenen sitruksinen aromia havaittavissa sekä tuota ruusua. Jos oikein pinnistää tai sitten kaikki on vain kuvitelmaa... Loppumakuna on todella hapollinen, maltainen, ruohoinen ja hennon ruusuinen maku. Oluessa on todella voimakkaat hapot.. välillä menee jo yli mun makurajan. Ruusun aromi pysyy onneksi taustalla. Ei mikään erikoinen muuten. Muuten ei oikein säväytä juuri mitenkään.

Miellyttävä ale, ruusun terälehdet eivät ainakaan häirinneet makuelämystä.

Semiclear, amber beer with fizzy carbonation builds a snow-white, soapy head that rises up to two fingers. The foamy pillow retains astonishingly long on the top and leaves the glass otherwise clean. The scent is an interesting combination of a malty kick, a tad bitter crackers, modestly grassy hops and a strong floral note that drifts slightly even to a perfumy direction. The citrusy sphere serves zippy tangerine and a pinch of lemon pith. The tongue experiences a cocktail that shows odd nuances: it's probably the floral rosehip that steps out of my standard gustatory universe. Wheat malt constitutes the landing base for grapefruit peel, lemon pith and a faint grassy hint. The light-bodied beer ends with a floral and light-citrusy package that has narrowed down to some extent. The aftertaste leaves the tastebuds confused for a good while. The mouthfeel is light, floral, remotely perfumy, zippy and a bit dry. The crispness is modest. Well... I probably won't remember this tomorrow. That's why I have Pint Please.
