Flight 4/4. Transparent, amber beer releases a pure white, fluffy, also messy head. It has long retention. The fragrance is composed of apricot, peach and a suggestion of mango, juiced with orange and mandarin. The taste profile falls short of the width of the fragrance but still portrays nice aromas: grapefruit peel, faint dried apricot, grassy hops and a faint herbal hint that I'm unfortunately unable to explain in greater detail. The body is light to light-medium. Grassy hops, grapefruit peel and lemon zest form the aftertaste. A herbal twist seasons the finish. The aftertaste sends regards to the tastebuds of Olari for a short to medium time. The mouthfeel is light, slightly crisp, a bit dry and mouth-drying. It's neatly balanced, overall.
