Our barley wine pours a deep red from a generous dose of English crystal malt. A mix of early kettle American hops balance the sweetness from the night ABV. The yeast strain throws off interesting esters and ferment characteristics from the high gravity wort.

What a stunning Barley wine. The complexity of flavours and sweetness on the nose makes this a beer if you can get your hands on you must try. Truly sensational.
