Kleines Tasting mit Sample Flight bei Big Rock Brewing. Den Anfang macht mit dem Grasshopper ein Kristallweizen nach deutscher Art mit 5% und 16 IBU. Farblich kommt der Hüpfer hellgold und klar daher. Schaum hat nur eine geringe Haltbarkeit. Das Aroma ist sehr getreidig und süßlich. Dieser Eindruck setzt sich beim Geschmack fort. Außerdem kommen leicht fruchtig Citrusnoten zur Geltung. Der Abschluss ist relativ Crisp und etwas herb. Easy to drink & nice to have.
