Pool side trying another beer from Straight to Ale. American pilsners have a long way to go to catch up with German and Czech. Starts with a very small head, disappears. Not a lot of carbonation. Medium yellow and crystal clear. Faint pilsner aroma. Not as much flavor as I was expecting. No bitterness whatsoever, a little at the end would have been better. A step up from most American pilsner's but I feel like they could have done better.
