A finely nuanced pilsner featuring German Hallertau Blanc hops and three other Hallertau region varietals. Saphir, Perle, and Hersbrucker hops add notes of stone fruit, pepper, and lush grass to the German pilsner malt body. Cold fermented with lager yeast for a crisp, dry finish.

Trying another American pilsner. Hard to match up with the German or Czech, hope it is better than most American pilseners.
Medium-high head, not totally white. Normal pilsner aroma. Color is light yellow and clear. Feels a little crisp.
Flavor is not what I was expecting. Begins with a bitterness and just the smallest amount of citrus. Blindfolded I would have thought this was a very mild IPA. Bitterness lingers straight through the finish. It's still a pretty good beer.
