Here in the Prairies, we never tire of celebrating that we are surrounded by some of the finest wheat and two-row barley in the world. It's not surprising, then, that we felt irresistibly drawn to producing a beer that would highlight some of the variety and complexity of flavours that can be drawn out of these humble cereal crops.
The obvious choice for such a brew is the dunkelweizen, a rich Bavarian style of dark wheat ale that is perfectly suited to bring forth the distinct tastes and aromas of the five malts we selected for this recipe.

Bought this because of the can but it's really enjoyable. Light tasting and a hint of wheat and lemon.
