Bonne seconde dégustation, meilleure que la première au demeurant. On part donc sur une bière brune artisanale du Nord avec 10% au compteur. Une petite robe noire intéressante et une superbe mousse chocolat. Nez épicé et alcooleux, et un goût caramélisé, malté et houblonné. Dommage pour le sucre...

Une bière très noire à 10 deg avec un goût de caramel et café très prononcée et une fin d’amertume il faut aimer les brune
