Tropical fruit flavours but no oomph from the DDH IPA. Sad really.

Frais et fruité. Parfait pour un après-midi ensoleillé.

On the nose it’s very tropical with hints of passion fruit, pineapple and mango. The head disappeared quite quick but it had a smooth mouthfeel with slow moving carbonation. The middle to back end is full of flavour ending in a dry finish that is quite pleasing. Not had many DDHs especially at 5.5% so didn’t want to overate this beer so it’s a 3 out of 5 but will try it again and look back at this review as a benchmark

This beer is brilliant. Huge hits of citrus and fruits. Bitter tones at the back of the mouth which are perfectly balanced to make this another top BOSH beer for Northern Monk. Very subtle after taste but upholds a beautiful tribute to this biblical liquid. Not even heard of Fieldwork before but they’ve done a proper job on this beer. Doesn’t taste strong at all so very sessionable. Just another common W for one of the top brewers and I’m definitely going to try more from Fieldwork. BOSH!
