Time to enjoy a stout from a very good brewery. Starts with a very high head, thick and frothy. Color is an opaque brown. Aroma has a roasted coffee to it. Texture is thick and creamy. Almost no carbonation. Taste is of bitter coffee with notes of chocolate. Finish adds a gentle sweetness, a touch of vanilla and ends with a lasting hit of roasted bitterness. I don't detect any alcohol. Smooth and well balanced. I'll recommend this one.
