Barrel Aged Advent Calendar Day #13 (make up beer) Bourbon in the aroma. Taste has bourbon, rye whiskey, oak and chocolate notes. The rye spiciness from the rye whiskey barrel aging lingers in the aftertaste. The body is a hair shy of medium-full with a lower amount of carbonation. Definitely a solid offering from Griffin Claw and a great release in the Flying Buffalo series. 4.25/5

Had this on May 24th, 2020 Bourbon, chocolate and oak in the aroma. Taste has bourbon, oak, chocolate, vanilla and toffee. A lot going on, but it's blended very well. Great stout. 4.25/5
