Bourbon, caramel and breadiness in the aroma. Taste has bourbon, caramel, vanilla, breadiness and a little bit of oak coming through in the finish. Almost medium-full body with a lower amount of carbonation. I love a good red ale, and this is great. Great taste of bourbon without making the beer boozy. The booze is extremely well hidden; this is 13.6%, but it drinks more like an 8 or 9% beer. Great job Rochester Mills! 4.25/5
