For this beer, we take advantage of hops grown right here, in Prince Edward County. This IPA had hops added 5 times during the brewing process to make it bitter and super hoppy. And if you're wondering, yes, we dry hoped it too. We've used a blend of five different hops, four of them fresh and local.
This brew is very aromatic with a highly fruity and floral aroma. Its subtle malt sweetness is balanced by the hop aroma and bitterness. It goes great with flavourful foods like red meat, Mexican food and deep fried...well...anything.
While you'll want to keep it refrigerated before serving, this beer's best enjoyed at 10 - 15 degrees C
