Light amber in colour and at 4.4% abv this beer has a cosmopolitan, continental character about it. Lightly bittered in the mid 20's ibu it has been brewed using some of the heavyweight noble hops. Hursbrucker and Strisselsplat. Hops that have come from the Alsace region the impart Franco - Germanic flavours to this summer light amber ale. Pink Grapefruit will greet your olfactory receptors while a satisfying lemon citrus will wash over your taste buds. Oh and just to give it the all important English twist , Jester hops have been used in the hop back.
