This is a beer made with only one single variety of barley malt and one variety of hop. The goal of this beer is to provide a solid malt canvas for the hops to paint the picture of flavours. It’s not about bitterness, it’s all about the unique flavours and aromas of the hop variety chosen. In this rendition of Brew Mountain, Falconer’s Flight is the hop otherwise known as 7 C’s is just a wonderful big burst of citrus.
