Casting Hops: Centennial, Colombus, Cascade Dry Hop: Cascade, Centennial Blue Collar is a crisp, clean Pale Ale that has a mild, malty beginning that is balanced with predominantly Centennial Hops. The hops have been layered in during the brewing process & further dry hopped about a week into fermentation giving Blue Collar a piney finish that is crisp & doesn't linger on the pallet.
