Oat Cream DIPA brewed with Swedish friends Apex Brewing Co. This DIPA was brewed with Apex Brewing Company who visited us at the beginning of March (a lifetime ago). We hopped this beer with Mosaic, El Dorado, Nelson Sauvin and Columbus for allll the juice and then added homemade oat cream to the boil for an extra soft mouthfeel.
