North American pale lager brewed using Canadian + European ingredients. The brew origins are Southern German. The use of Bavarian noble hops to provide bitterness and a delicate hop aroma balance the blend of two-row Canadian malted barley, and specialty German malts which provide the body and a fine lace foam.
