A nice beer to accompany this maple pork crackling a little flat and not much head but refreshing to say the least 🍻

Looks nice in a glass, but of froth, a bit cloudy, tastes alright, wouldn’t refuse another

Thought I’d quickly smash this in to accompany some spicy chicken I found in the back of the fridge. This beer is supposed to pair well with pork scratchings but it goes mightily fine with spicy chicken too, what a pairing! Biscuit malt, pithy citrus finish... job done!
