This Saison is brewed with grapefruit zest and grains of paradise (a.k.a. Alligator pepper) and contribute to its distinct peppery character. Underlying sweetness and fruity characteristic courtesy of Belgian yeasts. Hops are present but understated. Flavourful and complex, this beer sips well on its own and pairs beautifully with many types foods.
