East or West? In the name of experimentation we have created a version of each style, brewed with the same quantities of Loral, Citra, Summit, Chinook and Zeus hops, but using different yeast for each. Our East Coast version brings a typical haze for the style with juicy hops, low-bitterness and a smooth, soft finish. Our West Coast version pours brighter with a pronounced and assertive bitterness as well as notes of citrus and pine. Which is your favourite?
