Semicloudy orange cider releases one-finger, white, soft head that remains long as thin lace ring on top. The foam is surprisingly long-lasting like beer. Nose has semisour apple juice and unsugared apple mash. Tastes watery medium-sour apple juice and apple mash. The finish is significantly short. Mouthfeel is light, watery, somewhat tart, medium-dry, gardeny and natural.
