It pours deep amber, almost brown in colour, with a frothy cream coloured head. Aroma is malty. Flavour is malty with a dry, bitter finish.

Tastes more like a pale ale than a bitter. It’s crisp and light with a biscuity malt finish. A refreshing beer but slightly watery and metallic. A good starter for 10 on yesterday’s pub crawl through Bristol.
Enjoyed this in The Drapers arms - an excellent micro pub in what I think was an old laundrette.
