Chocolate and a slight hint of cherry in the aroma. Charred oak is also present. Taste has chocolate, bourbon, charred oak, with the cherry coming in on the back end. Medium, almost medium-full body with a lower amount of carbonation. I remember regular Morningwood being a great stout, but this one isn't really doing it for me in the same way. While the cherry is showing up more and more as it continues to warm, the stout just overall isn't wowing me. It's a very good stout, just not great. 4/5
