Flight 4/4. Substantially impenetrable, deep yellow beer with a small-bubbled, pure white lacing on the surface. A good cocktail of lemon pulp, tangerine and some dry hops emanates to the nostrils appealingly. The taste profile is composed of enjoyable dry hops, seasoned attractively with pineapple, lemon pulp, grapefruit and citric acid. As if I also found a minuscule amount of white pepper among the gustatory elements. The body is light-medium to medium, perhaps closer to the former than the latter. The beer finishes with good crisp dry hops, strong lemon pulp, lemon peel and a good amount of grapefruit. Moderate hop burn follows. The aftertaste warms the tastebuds over medium duration. The mouthfeel is crisp, tropical, smooth, juicy and warming. Success! 💛
