Flight 3/4. Semiclear, medium-brown beer with a subdued, light beige head that barely spreads on the surface in the first place. The nose receives a vanishing hint of black cherry. The gustatory supply falls somewhat of expectations -- I do find sour cherry but it's thin and restrained. Additionally, I pick distant fermented raisin and a reserved touch of sour plum. The body is light. The beer finishes with somewhat stronger sour cherry and fermented raspberry. The finish is short. The mouthfeel is modestly tart, somewhat thin and farmhousey. A bit of disappointment.
