Flight 2/4. Limpid, pale gold beer with a velvety, clean white head that falls short of half a finger. The fragrance puts forward lemon pulp, carambola and a bit of fresh pineapple. The taste offers sour passionfruit, lemon zest and a sour version of pineapple. The light-bodied beer finishes with lemon zest and peel and faint pineapple. The aftertaste twists the tastebuds over medium duration. The mouthfeel is light, reasonably tart but not really puckering, nicely juicy and refreshing. Not a big wow.
