Decent beer this. Really interesting how you get a fruity hit on the forefront then rolls gradually into a dryness and then bitter after taste. Not massively bitter but if you're an east coast fan you might not enjoy as much.

Une robe jaune hazy et mousse blanche. En bouche c’est un velouté de houblon, c’est fruité, extrêmement gourmand et bien réalisé. Polly’s c’est vraiment pas des blague .. j’adore 🍺

Beautifully opaque with a fast disappearing head. Deep tropical, citrus and stone fruit aromas of grapefruit, passionfruit, pineapple, apricot, peach, clementine and lime. This is my second to last can of Polly's from my big box full, I have been anticipating a luscious brew... Pillowy soft and quite thick mouthfeel with medium to full body. Galaxy and Mosaic are very much present backed up by Engima and Citra stabbing out an ending. It's a rich New England with a dry piney Citra finish. Apricot and pineapple lead the flavour, it's a bit dank and as I said the finish really is quick, which is a bit odd but could prevent this beer being too heavy, though I would prefer more dankness and/or resinous tongue coating. The alcohol almost pokes through and it's only a 6.4% abv. It's not burstingly flavourful, maybe I've left it too long and it would be been nicer a few weeks ago. Canned 20/06/22, tasted 02/08/22, BB 12/22...which I wouldnt recommend! Much like coffee, you ideally want to drink it around two weeks. Although beer stands up for much longer you really do get big drops in quality after a few months. I once kept a can of Steady Rolling Man for ages because I loved it and wanted to save one. I drank it months later and it was glum! So this beer is about five weeks old, not bad really, shouldn't affect it too much. It is nice and rich but still I'm a little disappointed compared to my anticipation, I built up high expectations based on the description online. End of the day it's a Polly's, so it's still great! Big yet easy drinking, soft yet rich, complex yet not bursting with flavour. My last Polly's is a DIPA, a fitting way to end the box and then I've got to get on tucking into a mixed brewery selection that's been waiting for a while. I should have delayed ordering more beer until closer to the end of my current supply but I had to purchase to get the Monkish!

This is superb. Well done Pollys! A stunning example of an IPA. Right balance of fruit and alcohol content with a great resinous finish- delightful!

Une teneur en bouche incroyable où les houblons se mélange, citra, enigma, galaxy, mosaic, c'est vraiment très bon. Du Polly dans toute sa splendeur, régalade.

Hazy pale yellow, it looks like a glass of pineapple juice. It’s got a piney, hoppy aroma. It’s very good American style IPA very much a west coast style. It’s full bodied and tasty and eminently drinkable. Well done Pollys.
