New England style India Pale Ale brewed using extra pale malt, oats and wheat and BRU-1 and Eukanot hops. "Last year we had the pleasure of brewing with one of Budapest's finest, Monyo, in their digs, this year we had Monyo over at our place for the return brew! Together we made a round, sightly sweet and super easy going New England IPA brewed using extra pale malt, oats and wheat. We've used a new hop to us, Bru-1, which provides a lime like zest and bubblegum tones whilst a good dose of ekuanot in the whirlpool brings super fleshy, soft pear and peach flavours."
