I reckon they’ve changed the recipe on this as it didn’t taste like this last time I had it. Massive improvement nonetheless…
The best example of Sabro I’ve had. It helps of course that’s it’s the only hop but it is so expressive of what Sabro can do which shows they’ve worked on the hopping rates. Absolute juice bomb with a discerning bitterness and a noticeable soft malt backbone. I’d say it’s a NEIPA/APA hybrid, it’s very borderline…
