“Camden vs Italy is our collective interpretation of a German Märzen which is a dark style of lager. We stepped it up a few notches by a slight addition of black malt to deepen the colour and give a subtle tinge of roast, and then supercharged the bitterness by way of a menagerie of hops from Germany and NZ to hit 45IBU.
