Loosely based around the Illicium recipe, Ensnare is a single hopped imperial milkshake IPA with El Dorado hops. With plenty of oats and lactose for a silky body, the El Dorado hops compliment the sweetness with flavours of Strawberries, candied fruits and light candy floss notes.

Still drinking this and need to take my time as it’s absolutely lovely but 10%. Smooth, loads of lactose, slightly fruity but still a solid IPA base.
