Hiivainen ja hieman "epäselvä" makuprofiililtaan, mutta kyllä tämän juuri ja juuri pilsiksi tunnistaa. Vaalean keltainen ja nätti lager, jossa tuoksu pehmeän "kaljamainen", mutta maussa pehmeää pyöreyttä, lievää humalan aromia sekä vähän katkeroa.

Heat a pan, add a little oil, and cook some 170 grams bacon in it. When starts to get some colour, add one sliced onion and a clove of garlic. When the onion is soft, add 170 grams sliced champions. Cook for another 2–3 mins, season with ground pepper and red pepper, and then pour in 170 ml cream. Lower the heat and cook until the cream has nearly disappeared. Top of with some freshly chopped parsley and enjoy. Oh, and the beer. Drink it while cooking, it does not pair that well with the dish.

No tässä on ehkä enemmän pilssin vivahteita on kuin edellisessä maistamassani saman panimon czech pilssissä.
Humalaa, katkeroa ja pehmeän sitruksinen myös. Ennemmin lagerina pidän.
