Another new beer in Pint Please. I don't know about you guys but the name is really weird for Russian Imperial Stout. Bob Barley? And can't say I've tasted many German-made RIS. Also also, new brewery for me. Can. Best before 23.3.2021 Temperature: +16 C The can might look very boring but the beer itself certainly does not: pitch black color with a beautiful, fluffy, soft head that lasts forever. Laces and everything. Awesome: 5/5 The aroma is solid but not spectacular in anyways: roasted coffee, soft maltiness, chocolate...ok: 3,75/5 Mouthfeel is full, very soft and pleasant before the roasty feel comes along. Stays balanced for every sip. I'd actually like bit more roastiness in this one: 4/5 Taste of toasted malt, chocolate, coffee, mild fruitiness...stays just in the basics: 10,75/15 Just your everyday Russian Imperial Stout. But a well-brewed one! I wish this would have some more in it so I could really like it. Now, this is just an average RIS. I know, I know, I'm such a diva sometimes with my reviews.
