Can. Canned on 9.1.2020
Temperature:?
Light, golden-yellow color. Very good clarity. Tall, white bit soapy looking head with average retention. Broken lace patterns: 3,5/5
Bright citrus aromas with fresh orange undertones. Grapefruit is evident. Some kind of berry Jam-like sweetness. Ok, but needs something to be more "thicker": 4/5
Medium-light body with medium bitterness and medium carbonation. Very basic, although the body seems more light than average West Coast IPA: 3,5/5
Taste, unfortunately, is showing the effect of age: medium-intensity citrus, with a mixture of light fruity flavors. Resiny pine notes can be found after a sip in the aftertaste which is quite long: 9,75/15
Very basic West Coast IPA with diluted aromas due to age. But hard to imagine this would be significantly better even with younger age: 12/20
=32,75/50

Peli-illan alkuun vähän olutta. West Coast IPAa pitkästä aikaa.
ULKOASULTAAN olut on kullankeltaista ja siihen nousee valkoinen vaahto.
TUOKSU on havuinen, sitruunainen, greippinen ja pippurinen.
MAKU jatkaa melkolailla samaa rataa. Greippi, sitruuna ja havua. Melko suoraviivaista.
SUUTUNTUMA on keskitäyteläinen ja sopivan hapotettu.
Aika simppeli West Coast ipa.
