Something about the can makes it very regal looking so I thought I'd take a punt. Poured very well from the can and left a hugely vibrant golden body with a slight haze and half finger of foamy white head. Scent is all the hallmarks of a pale or Vienna lager, lots of bread malt up front, a subtle sweetness behind it but with a little copper tinge at the end. Mouthfeel is is a little dull, almost flat, which is strange because there are still tonnes of bubbles visible up the side of the glass. For the taste, the malts become indistinct and a little washed out. The mass produced staples of water, grass and soap start to seep in and turna potentially good beer into a generic mass produced beer. The beer is otherwise acceptable and does what it says on the tin.
