We’re fans of the great outdoors & one of the things that makes the mind wander to thoughts of camping is a great fire & S’Mores. We’ve taken a newly formulated Brown Ale & blended in a perfect amount of vanilla & created the equivalent of a S’More in a pint glass! While there is no actual chocolate or marshmallow in here, you’ll be hard pressed to convince your senses that they’re not.

Went into this expecting not to like it and was pleasantly surprised. Not aggressively sweet like some dessert inspired beers. Genuinely enjoying this one.

Having another brew at my sister's house, Whiskey River Ranch, on the banks of the Guadalupe River.
Moderately high head that dissipates quickly. Still has some carbonation going. Red Amber in color. Aroma is strong vanilla. Texture is light and moderately creamy. Flavor is of vanilla and not much else. Reminds me of a vanilla cola with no carbonation. Finish lingers with a soft sugar that could be close to a marshmallow.
If this were a vanilla ale I would be impressed but I'm not getting the s'mores part at all.
