KB Christmas Beer is a dark low-alcoholic light ale (max 2.25%). The beer's dark colour is due to the large amounts of lager, colour and caramel malt used for brewing. The malt variants also give this beer a caramel and roasted aroma. The taste is sweet, resulting from a short fermentation process in which only a small amount of sugar is converted into alcohol while the rest of the sugar, along with the sugar added before bottling, add to the beer's sweetness. The speciality hops adds to a very mild aftertaste.
