Enjoying Christmas Eve with family. They all love beer too. Limited Release by Highland Brewing. Pours dark brown. Medium high, very tan head. Aroma reminds me of unwrapping a dark chocolate candy bar. Alcohol also present. Flavor is strong. Intense dark chocolate with plenty of alcohol on the exhale. Bittersweet. Crisp, not syrupy. Finish is lasting and fabulous. This is a great desert brew, wouldn't have it with a meal though. Too powerful to combine with food.
