
Double fermented, tropical and zesty. Initially fermented with a traditional ale yeast, we highly hopped the beer to start its life as a bold, West Coast style IPA. The secondary fermentation of wild yeasts and cultures add a funky sourness to balance the huge tropical fruit hit.

Quite an intriguing beer. Massive banana aromas throughout. Tart sourness that’s very refreshing. Quince flavours give way to hints of bananas and other tropical fruits. Saison/IPA hybrid that’s more saison. Certainly one for the late summer
