Hmmm. Too floral and then a strange sourness to finish. Not for me!

I’ve not had good experiences with saison beers recently (thanks Liam) so was apprehensive with this experimental little number (thyme??). A touch of thyme on the nose is followed up by a lighter less sour saison than I’ve had before, that is shandy-like with the lemon notes. Quite floral, and would work well pre meal. Strange sausage aftertaste - probably from my rosemary and thyme veggie sausages 😆
Judge’s label: Satisfactory

Found at the back of fridge. Not usually a fan of saison but this is quite refreshing. Strong lemon 🍋 and thyme flavour
