Advent Calendar Day #23 2019 vintage, canned on 10-19-2019 Chocolate, a little bit of marshmallow and a nuttiness in the aroma. Taste has bourbon, marshmallow, chocolate and almonds. The body is medium-full with a lower amount of carbonation. Not the best variant to come from the Flying Buffalo series, but it's not bad. Some of the flavors are noticeably less than they were 2 years ago, which is to be expected. 3.75/5

Chocolate, bourbon and marshmallows in the aroma. Taste has marshmallows first, followed by chocolate, bourbon, and a nutty flavor, which I'm assuming is the almonds. I, personally, think this would be better without the almonds. Chocolate and marshmallows are a great combination on their own. The nuttiness of the almonds does help cut the sweetness, so there's that. Medium-full body with a lower amount of carbonation. Very good flavors, nice body and tasty. Glad I picked it up, but I'm fine with the one can I picked up ($7.99). 4.25/5
