Comme une IPA écossaise. Couleur cuivrée, avec de grosses bulles. En bouche, c'est malté et amer. Un peu comme une rousse bitter. Forte en caractère, elle réveille les papilles. Riche en saveurs, genre floral, avec agrumes, poivre, pins, réglisse... Encore une belle découverte.
