A non-alcoholic Kvass. Because I can. 😄
The beer wears a bright, deep copper dress. Carbonation is quite standard but sustained, and unleashes a small-bubbled, latte-hued head that falls short of one finger. Retention is not particularly long, and the foam shrinks quickly to a moderate lace ring only.
The nose picks sweet malt, brown sugar and caramel, loads of them, as well as smaller amendments of raisin and prune.
The tongue receives bags of brown sugar, caramel and oversweet malt. Furthermore, I'm getting raisin, sugared peach ice tea and a pinch of prune. Rather unbeery, like malt flavored soft drink.
The body is thin but the carbonation fools my senses to think that it's not that thin actually. The finish is sugary, especially brown sugar, peach flavored ice tea, caramel and sweet malt for sure. Raisin, as well. Not actually different from upfront.
The mouthfeel is thin, soft-drink-like, sappy, lip-glueing and somewhat sparkling. Difficult to rate. Kvass works especially with a meal but this Kvass doesn't due to the sweetness. It's more like an alternative to a soft drink.

Makeaa sokelitkua, ilmeisesti vielä alkoholitonkin
