Flight 3/4. Semimurky, scarlet beer with a gossamer, white lace ring wafting on the surface. The olfactory package contains a powerful cocktail of raspberry, strawberry, kiwi and bilberry, softened remarkably with a spoonful of yoghurt. The gustatory profile is quite identical: raspberry, redcurrant and bilberry constitute the underlying berry mixture, softened by a small dollop of yoghurt and further seasoned with vanishing hints of strawberry and kiwi. The light-bodied beer ends with sour raspberry, cranberry, redcurrant and a whisper of strawberry. The aftertaste throws berries to the tastebuds for a short to medium period. The mouthfeel is medium-tart, juicy, substantially summery and slightly puckering.
